2013 Photo Contest
Official Rules:
• Only non-professional photographers may enter
• Two categories will be judged: Adult and 18 & Under
• Photos must be from the 2013 Great Falls Balloon Festival
• Entries must be 8″x10″ or 8″x12″ prints mounted using an 11″x14″ mat with backing
• Completed entry form must be secured to the back of each entry
• Limit of two (2) entries per person
• Photos must be submitted by September 20, 2013
First, second, third and honorable mention winners will be chosen in each category, along with one Best in Show photo. Cash prizes will be awarded to top winners and all winners will also receive a 2013 Great Falls Balloon Festival t-shirt.
The Sun Journal will continue to be a drop-off site for entries. During the weekend of the festival, entries can also be dropped off at the souvenirs booth.
